If you are after a barber’s appointment, you may prefer to use our ‘Walk Up and Wait’ service. Walk Up and Wait does not require a pre-booked appointment. You simply turn up.

Meet the team
Our Weston Favell salon is situated within a busy shopping centre so it’s extremely convenient for our clients.
The salon has been providing hairdressing services in Weston Favell since 1998 and is a ladies’ salon and specialist gents’ barbers.
You can do your shopping before or after but please be available at the time you booked.
Claire
Claire is a highly valued, long-standing salon manager who has been dedicated to both clients and her team since 2001. She also worked for the company at another branch for 2½ years, giving her extensive knowledge of the business. With years of hairdressing experience, Claire has exceptional expertise in all aspects of colour work, particularly foiling, where her skill and attention to detail have helped her build a loyal clientele. Outside the salon, Claire is a passionate car enthusiast and animal lover. She also enjoys exploring craft beers and discovering new destinations on her travels, especially exotic getaways.
Jake
Jake is a skilled Barber with over 15 years of experience. He joined the salon at the end of 2025 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. He specialises in skin fades and taper fades, with a particular strength in working with straight hair and bringing it to life with precision and style. Jake thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoys working alongside a friendly, professional team. A fun yet focused barber. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, from long walks to relaxing pamper days.
Natalie R
Natalie is a Hairstylist with 26 years of experience, joining the salon in October 2025. She specialises in balayage, curly blow-dries, and cutting, especially short hair. She loves the relaxed atmosphere, varied work, and being part of a friendly, supportive team. Bubbly, fun and a true team player. Outside of work, she enjoys the gym, walking, hiking and spending time with her close family, including her dog, Rio. She’s also been renovating her home and is taking on the challenge of climbing Snowdon.
Rasta
Rasta is a Barber with 32 years of experience and joined the salon in February 2026. She specialises in all aspects of cutting, delivering clean, classic results for her clients. She enjoys the salon’s friendly atmosphere and is known for being friendly, caring and easy to chat to. Outside of work, Rasta enjoys watching crime stories, following sports like football and rugby and spending time with family, friends and her cat.
Natalie M
Natalie has been a valued member of the team since joining the salon in 2012. With many years of experience as a hairdresser, she is confident working with both ladies’ and gents’ hair, offering a wide range of services. Natalie particularly enjoys creating beautiful hair-up styles for special occasions, helping clients feel their best for important events. Outside of the salon, she is very family oriented and loves attending concerts, theatre shows and dancing the night away whenever she gets the chance.
Maria
Maria has been a valued member of the team since joining the salon in 2010. With decades of experience in colouring, cutting and perming ladies’ hair, she brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to her work. Maria is known for her consistent, high-quality results and her warm, friendly approach with clients. Outside of the salon, she enjoys gardening, reading, dancing, music and spending time with her grandchildren.
Nicky
Nicky officially joined the team in 2022, but she’s been part of the salon family on and off since 1999. With years of experience in the barbering industry, she’s known for her warm bubbly personality, attention to detail and ability to make every client feel comfortable in the chair. Nicky enjoys creating both classic and modern styles, always taking the time to make sure each look is tailored to the individual. Her loyal clients appreciate not only her skill, but also the friendly bubbly atmosphere she brings to the salon every day.
Michaela
Michaela joined our salon in 2023 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. A skilled barber with a passion for creating fresh, tailored styles, she takes pride in making every client feel confident and comfortable. Outside of the salon, Michaela loves spending time with her family and brings that same warm, friendly energy into the salon every day.
Erinna
Erinna is a skilled barber and longtime member of the team, first joining the salon back in 1996. After taking an extended break from the industry, she returned a few years ago and quickly settled back in as a familiar and valued part of the salon. With years of experience and a steady hand, Erinna has a natural talent for classic barbering and takes great pride in her attention to detail. Working part-time allows her to enjoy the variety of salon life while also spending quality time with her family, something she truly values. She loves building strong, lasting relationships with her clients and is known for her warm personality, professionalism and consistent, high-quality work.
Becky
Becky is our Assistant Manager and joined the salon in 2014. With many years of experience in the hairdressing industry, she is confident working with both ladies and gents, offering a wide range of services. Becky is passionate about building lasting relationships with her clients and takes pride in delivering a friendly, professional experience every time. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with her family and admits to being a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to keeping things clean and organised.
Rose
Rose is a highly valued member of the team, having joined the salon in 2004. With decades of experience behind her, she is a skilled barber known for taking on any challenge with confidence. She has a real talent for fades and modern cuts, earning her a loyal client base, many of whom are happy to wait just for her. Rose is a dedicated and long-standing part of the team, bringing both expertise and personality to the salon. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her large family and socialising with friends.
Emily
Emily is a skilled barber who joined us in 2021, bringing over 10 years of experience in the industry. She has a real passion for precision cutting, especially taper fades, beard grooming and exploring new, modern styles. Her favourite part of working with us is getting to know her clients, hearing their stories and making sure everyone feels comfortable, relaxed and happy with their service. Emily is known for being a friendly, helpful team player who creates a welcoming atmosphere in the barbershop. Outside of work, she enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with her family.
